Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between Dinero Technologies Private Limited ("ChatOps", "we") and the business that creates a workspace ("you"). By creating an account or using ChatOps, you agree to them. If you use ChatOps for a business, you confirm that you can agree on its behalf.

The service

ChatOps lets your team manage customer conversations on WhatsApp, Instagram and web chat, use AI to draft replies and carry out actions, and connect services such as Shopify and Razorpay. Features depend on your plan and on what you connect.

Your account

  • Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace, including your team's actions.
  • Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Tell us promptly at ameydesigns@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

Your responsibilities to your customers

  • You must follow the WhatsApp Business Policy, Meta's commerce and platform terms, and the terms of every service you connect.
  • You must have your customers' consent before sending them marketing messages, honour opt-outs, and have a lawful basis for the customer data you bring into ChatOps.
  • You must tell your customers how you use their data, including that you use AI to help reply.
  • You must not send spam, illegal content, or anything that misleads or harms people.

AI features

AI can be wrong. You choose how much it does on its own: suggesting drafts, replying after your approval, or replying automatically. Actions involving money, such as refunds and payment links, always wait for a person. You are responsible for replies sent from your workspace and for checking the settings that allow automatic replies.

Fees and billing

  • New workspaces get a free trial. After it ends, automatic AI work pauses until you choose a plan.
  • Plans are billed monthly in advance through Razorpay. Fees charged by Meta for WhatsApp conversations are passed through at cost.
  • If you go over your plan's allowance, automatic AI work pauses; your team can always keep replying by hand.
  • Fees already paid are not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.

Payments to your business

When you connect your own Razorpay account, payments from your customers go directly to that account. ChatOps never holds or collects your customers' money, and refunds and disputes are between you, your customer and Razorpay.

Your data

You own your data and your customers' data. You let us process it only to provide and improve the reliability of the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data through the API, and ask us to delete your workspace, at any time.

Availability and changes

We work to keep ChatOps available but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted, especially when connected services such as Meta are unavailable. We may improve or change features; if a change removes something important you pay for, we will tell you in advance.

Suspension and ending

You can stop using ChatOps at any time. We may suspend or close a workspace that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or leaves fees unpaid. Where it is safe to do so, we will warn you first and give you time to export your data.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, ChatOps is provided "as is", we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Before going to court, please write to us at ameydesigns@gmail.com so we can try to resolve it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell account owners at least 15 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use ChatOps after that means you accept the new terms.
